Our conviction fits in one sentence: in a complex organisation, a decision rarely fails for lack of analysis. It fails because a coherent analysis was mistaken for a sound one, and no one had the time to check the difference.
Our work is to take that time. To reach what actually produces a problem, including when the answer calls the original framing into question. I don't work from a replicable method, nor behind a structure: I commit personally, to a limited number of engagements, with whatever tools, technologies, and expertise the situation calls for.What matters isn't the toolbox. It's the judgement that decides what to bring in, and when.

Lucas Carretero - founder
I've spent my life fascinated by how things actually work. Organisations, systems, people, and the quiet gap between how something looks and how it truly holds together.
That curiosity has never respected boundaries: it's taken me through law and international cooperation, but also into writing fiction, building things with my hands, and learning a new field simply because I couldn't stand not understanding it.
What I've found is that most of what matters lives one layer beneath the presentable surface — and that reaching it takes a kind of patience few people are willing to spend. Entrophos is where I bring that patience to other people's hardest decisions. I'd rather understand one thing to its root than skim a hundred.
