My conviction fits in one sentence: in a complex organisation, a decision rarely fails for lack of analysis. It fails because a coherent analysis was mistaken for a sound one. And no one had the time to check the difference.
My work is to take that time. To reach what actually produces a problem, including when the answer calls the original framing into question. I
don't work from a replicable method, nor behind a structure: I commit personally, to a limited number of engagements, with whatever tools, technologies, and expertise the situation calls for.
What matters isn't the toolbox. It's the judgement that decides what to bring in, and when.
